Event Details
These free meet-ups are planned for June 15th and August 25th, and will be held at the Silver Lake ORV Area in Mears, MI. Since the events take place on a DNR-owned property, Michigan ORV Decals (license + trail permit) are required. Additionally, Silver Lake is a State Park therefore a Michigan Recreation Passport is required. See the “Requirements” section below for info on where to purchase.
Agenda:
Meet at Silver Lake Welcome Center (address below) @11:30am – air down tires, attach flags, decals
-If you arrive at the dunes earlier, you can meet the rest of the group near Test Hill (first large dune as soon as you enter the park). We will be on MOE radio frequencies
Head into dunes around noon
No specific plans – just have fun!
