Event Details

You asked for a night run, we delivered!! The event is planned for the afternoon/evening of Saturday, May 9th, 2026 and will cover most of the Kalkaska ORV Route. Since this is a DNR-owned trail system, Michigan ORV Decals (license + trail permit) are required on all trails. See the “Requirements” section below for info on where to purchase. The event will start in the afternoon, and will end at night. You’ll want to make sure your Tyri off-road lights are installed and in working order prior to this one!

We will travel in a convoy, with an experienced driver at the front (“lead”) and one at the back (“chase”), so if anyone needs help there will always be someone there. Both lead and chase vehicles will be equipped with VHF radios and will be in constant communication.

If you need to leave early for any reason, you can simply pull off on any of the dozens of road intersections we will be crossing – just let the lead or chase vehicle know that you will be heading out.

** Please keep in mind, this event is open to drivers of all experience levels…so some may find the pace too slow, while other may find it a bit fast. Please be patient with everyone and we will all have a great time. **
